Apple iPhone and iPod Email Settings
Before you begin, you will need the following information:

Username:	username@yourwebsiteaddress.com
Password:	Your email password.
IMAP Server:	imap.yourwebsiteaddress.com
POP Server:	pop.yourwebsiteaddress.com
SMTP Server*:	smtp.yourwebsiteaddress.com
* Some carriers block port 25, you may need to use port 2525 (change the :25 at the end to :2525) if you experience problems.

1. If this is the first account you're setting up on the iPhone or the iPod Touch, tap Mail.
Otherwise, from the Home screen choose Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account.

       

 

2. Choose your email account type. For setting up email to work with your Matmon webmail, choose Other.

       

 

3. Select server type - IMAP and enter your account information

Fill in your information for the Incoming Mail Server (see above):

• Name: Your Name as you would like it to appear when sending email, e.g. "John Smith"
  
• Address: username@yourwebsiteaddress.com
  
• Description: A personalized label for this webmail account, e.g. "My Website Email"
  
• Incoming Mail Server Host Name: imap.yourwebsiteaddress.com
  
• User Name: username@yourwebsiteaddress.com
  
• Password: Your Email Account Password
  

Fill in your information for the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) (see above):

• Outgoing Mail Server SMTP Host Name: smtp.yourwebsiteaddress.com
  
• User Name: username@yourwebsiteaddress.com
  
• Password
  
• Tap Save at the top right to confirm and save the entered information.

5. Upon successful completion of the mailbox setup you are taken back to the Mail Settings screen.

6. Congratulations you have finished the setup of your email account!
