Example: http://webmail.yourcompany.com
Webmail Requirements
- A web browser (Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Netscape)
- Cookies must be enabled in the browser
How To Access Your Webmail
- To find out what your domain is, look at your own email address and take out your username and the @ character. That is the domain.
- To know what your webmail address is, you add 'webmail.' at the beginning of your domain. (notice the period after the webmail)
- For example, if your email is johndoe@yourcompany.com, your webmail address is http://webmail.yourcompany.com - This address will provide you with login access to your email account.
How To Login
- Your username is in your email address before the @ character. Enter your username in the name field. DO NOT include the @yourwebaddress.com as part of your username.
- Enter your password in the Password field. The password is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as it was provided. The password is the same one used in your email client.
- Click the Login button.
You can click Remember Me checkbox if you desire. This is a feature designed to prevent you from having to re-enter your username and password everytime you desire to access your webmail account. It is strongly encouraged that you do not do this at a public computer where any strangers can use the computer. If you do, that would allow anyone else to be able to snoop around in your email account.
