Grand Manor of Monticello is a luxurious full-service assisted care facility in Monticello, AR, offering spacious apartments and rooms. It was founded in 2013 by father-and-son duo Mike and John Akin. Tired of the institutionalized senior care options, they set out to improve the quality of life for seniors and make a difference in people’s lives. The team at Grand Manor is dedicated to providing top-notch service and care, with a focus on promoting seniors’ health, independence, and social interaction.

Grand Manor needed a new website to tell the story of the facility and give families a sense of trust that their loved ones would be taken care of and safe while living there. They needed to expand their marketing opportunities to more than simple word of mouth and into a place where people could learn more about the top-notch service that Grand Manor provides.

The audience of the website would be a combination of elderly individuals seeking a place of care along with family members of those needing care but not necessarily able to seek it themselves. To give the best showcasing of the Grand Manor, Matmon created a classy website that put a trusting face to the staff that dedicated their career to providing care to residents every day. Viewers can read more about the facility and see quality images and videos to give them a better sense of amenities within the facility. Matmon also provided an about us section to show viewers more information about the Akin brothers and their purpose for the Grand Manor. To direct the flow of the website, viewers are encouraged to contact Grand Manor for floor plan availability and any other information that they might want to know.

To show the grounds of the facility, we utilized professional drone footage for aerial viewing content. This showed people more than what they would get with a simple pin on the map and an address. To build trust with prospective clients, Grand Manor needed to showcase their amazing facilities in a creative way that people would remember.
